Twin Cities Fund for Neighborhood Development

Helping CDCs Improve Quality of Life in Neighborhoods

The Twin Cities Fund for Neighborhood Development is a three-year operating support and capacity building program for CDCs working in core neighborhoods of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The next Request for Proposals for this program will be issued in 2009, with application information available at that time.

The fund supports community development activities that are place-based and promote the overall physical, economic, and social health of a neighborhood. Activities of fund participants include affordable housing production and management, commercial revitalization, economic and business development, community building and organizing, or a combination of these activities.
