MCASA Homes is leading the way to homeownership for low-income families.

MCASA Homes develops new homeownership opportunities for low-income families who have not been able to qualify for conventional mortgage financing. To help these families stabilize financially and prepare them for homeownership, MCASA provides homeownership training, and housing and debt counseling services. MCASA has constructed six single-family homes close to the new Rondo Community Outreach Library, all of which are currently occupied. As a part of Invest St. Paul—an effort by the City of St. Paul to address blight and disinvestment in neighborhoods—MCASA is planning to rehab several additional homes in the Summit-University and Frogtown neighborhoods of St. Paul for purchase by first-time homebuyers.
