The COACTION Fund – Letter of Inquiry Requirements

A Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is due by OCTOBER 5, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. and will be used to identify the most competitive applications for the 2010-2012 COACTION Fund. By October 12, initial selections will be made and a selected number of applicants will be asked to complete full proposals and schedule a site visit. LOI’s have no restricted page limit, but are encouraged to be brief (3-5 pages), with attached cover information (pdf).

The COACTION Fund - Full Proposal Requirements (PDF)

A selected number of LOI applicants will be invited to complete a full proposal that will be due on November 16, 2009. This full application will need to more fully describe your organization or partnerships capacity building needs in terms of producing physical or economic change, connecting physical improvements with economic opportunity and measuring your impact on both people and places.
