St. Barnabas Apartments was designed to serve homeless and at-risk youth.
St. Barnabas Apartments, which opened in 2005, provides 39 efficiency apartments for homeless and at-risk youth ages 16-20, and 13 apartments for low-income working adults. The building was donated by Allina Hospitals and is located in downtown Minneapolis. Not only were the apartments renovated, but carefully designed community spaces were added to the building. St. Barnabas has become a national model for serving youth.
