Twin Cities LISC helps them leverage other funding by providing early, higher risk capital to affordable housing and other real estate projects. LISC’s financial tools include feasibility and technical assistance grants, predevelopment recoverable grants, predevelopment and acquisition loans, dedicated loan funds, and equity.
