Fund for Affordable Production

Helping CDCs keep up with housing demand

The Fund for Affordable Production is a three-year program offering nonprofit developers general operating support, management assistance grants, ongoing technical assistance, training opportunities, and financial tools. The next Request for Proposals for this program will be issued in 2009, with application information available at that time.

The fund’s purpose is to sustain, and to the extent possible, increase nonprofit, community-based housing production and preservation.
